New Zealand Blackcurrants Smoothie Bowl

A perfect light dish to start the day


  • 200 grams + a few for topping New Zealand Frozen Blackcurrants,
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • almond slices
  • unsweetened soymilk or almond milk


Place all ingredients in an electric blender and mix to make a smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with blackcurrants and almonds before serving. Add your favorite fresh fruit for a perfect healthy breakfast bowl!
