New Zealand Blackcurrants Banana Yogurt Smoothie

A cool summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 200grams frozen blackcurrants
  • One small, ripe banana
  • 200ml apple juice
  • 2 tbsp. plain yogurt

Method

Place all of the ingredients together into an electric mixer and mix. The natural sweetness of the yogurt and banana blend well with the sweet and sour flavor of the blackcurrants making this an easy drink even for first-time smoothie drinkers. This is an ideal beverage for the beginning of the day or when you are feeling tired.
